Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
Return eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with all parts and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
- For hygiene reasons, pillows, mattress toppers and mattress protectors can be returned only if unopened and in their original sealed packaging, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving our instructions. Please use a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping costs
If the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, return shipping is free — we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns (for example, a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3 business days of arrival), we will email you to confirm your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
