Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more; otherwise it is $6.95. See our Shipping Policy.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and arrive 3–7 business days after shipping with Standard Shipping.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when your order ships. You can also check your order status under My Account → Orders.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment options are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our whole site uses SSL/TLS encryption, and card payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

How do I choose the right sheet size?
Match the sheet size to your mattress (Twin, Full, Queen or King) and check the fitted-sheet pocket depth listed on the product page against your mattress height.
How should I wash my bedding?
Follow the care instructions on the product page and label. Most sheets and covers can be machine washed cold and tumble dried low.
