Shipping Policy

Int-Mall ships to addresses in all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 1:00 PM Central Time, on weekends or on holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take an additional 3–5 business days. Your shipping cost is always shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also see your order status at any time under My Account → Orders.
Sales tax
Sales tax, if applicable to your order, is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible — we can only update the address before the order ships.
